A Service of Interfaith Remembrance in Celebration of the Life and Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's Struggle for Living Wages

Speakers include: Rev. James Lawson, civil rights leader, friend of Dr. King, and leader in the fight for just wages (invited); Rev. Jennifer Kottler, Executive Director, Let Justice Roll; Simon Greer, President, Jewish Funds for Justice, Joyce Miller, Assistant General Secretary for Justice and Human Rights, American Friends Service Committee; Rev. Rebekah Jordan, Executive Director, MidSouth Interfaith Network for Economic Justice; Dr. Herbert Lester, Pastor, Centenary UMC and the Centenary Mass Choir. Additionally, folk singer/songwriter Bryan McFarland will debut the song, "I Am a Man" specifically written to commemorate this anniversary.
